Hero's journey to one's own strengths - self-awareness through theater

Finding your own strength with your inner heroine figure: In this course, we want to go on a playful journey of discovery together and bring our own personal heroine story to life from painted pictures. By trying out new roles and through improvised play, we will encounter our resources and our inherent powers, which are sometimes hidden in everyday life. Improvisational play connects us with ourselves and our creativity and thus opens up new ways for us to meet the challenges that life presents us with. No painting or theater experience necessary - just the joy of movement and self-awareness in a group.
