In collaboration with the Lena Flurbacher winery from Ihringen am Kaiserstuhl - one of the warmest and most beautiful places in Germany in the middle of an extinct volcano - we will taste five exquisite wines that will beguile the senses and take us on an enjoyable journey.

As we hike leisurely across the slopes of the Schlossberg, an impressive view opens up before us: the beauty of the Rhine Graben, the striking Kaiserstuhl and the majestic Vosges mountains will enchant us.

As Freiburg's Schlossberg is located right on the edge of Freiburg's old town and city center, the wine hike starts in Freiburg's city center and ends at a different point in Freiburg's city center (old town). The start and end points are only a 3-minute walk away.

Meeting point:
In Freiburg city center at the entrance to the pedestrian bridge "Karlssteg", which leads from Karlsplatz to the Stadtgarten. The meeting point is at the bridge entrance on Karlsplatz, right next to the motorcycle parking lot. Our guides can be recognized by their labelled outerwear.
