Italian cuisine offers a range of dishes that are vegan or can be made vegan. In this course, lovers of slow food will get their money's worth. We make everything ourselves: Antipasti herb polenta with roasted peppers and grilled salted lemon. Fettuccine with pesto basilico, cashew parmesan and salted lemon; panna cotta with raspberry purée. A glass of wine accompanies our menu. The course is rounded off with lots of general information and tips on beautiful plating. - Please bring your own: Apron, tea towel, sealable containers.
