TMD - Finding butterflies, a citizen science project at the Ökostation

The Ökostation is involved in a survey of butterflies in Germany with volunteers. In this major citizen science project, all butterfly species are surveyed and documented along fixed routes every week during the summer months. At this event, the nationwide butterfly monitoring (TMD) will be presented and there will be an introduction to the planning of a specific route (transect). As an example, the 3 transects at the eco-station in the Seepark will be walked and butterflies will be documented.
