Onigiri - Japanese rice balls for all occasions

Every child in Japan grows up with onigiri. This filled rice ball is taken to school for lunch, it belongs in your backpack on an excursion, it is a welcome companion at a barbecue or you simply eat it between meals when you get hungry. In this course, we first prepare the fillings: two with fish and two vegan. Then the rice is cooked, filled and shaped. If desired, the onigiri can be wrapped in nori seaweed. Some of the prepared onigiri are enjoyed fresh on site with miso soup and the rest can be taken home as a snack. - Please bring your own: Apron, tea towel, sealable containers.
