Münstermarkt on site: Coffee & wine tasting - El Purica roastery with the Hug winery

The Freiburg Münstermarkt suppliers Nora and Andrés from El Purica Speciality Coffee Roasters cordially invite you to their roastery in Pfaffenweiler at the foot of the Schönberg. Together with the neighboring organic winery Hug, you will have the opportunity to discover the fascinating parallels between coffee and wine in the morning - in a personal exchange with the respective experts.

Andrés and Nora will show you how "farm to cup" works in a direct and fair way: The path from finca to cup explained briefly and concisely.
As a native Costa Rican, Andrés knows each of his coffee fincas personally and is deeply rooted in all the steps of coffee cultivation. During a live roasting session, you will gain an insight into the various processes that turn a coffee bean into an aromatic masterpiece.

Afterwards, a wine tasting awaits you with five selected wines from the Hug winery, presented by young winemaker Mirco Hug. To start with, there will be a Secco and a tarte flambée to fortify you, accompanied by the first wine. A short tour of the winery provides an insight into the winemaker's work before the tasting of the other wines begins. Experience the world of coffee and wine and enjoy an enjoyable morning full of flavors and impressions.
