Matinee - Fit and healthy with Paleo?

At a matinee in the Colombischlössle Archaeological Museum, expert Mailin Bretz will take participants on a search for traces of Stone Age cuisine and explain what the Paleo diet, which is based on the diets of hunter-gatherers, is all about.
