Learning to cook is more than just a nice afternoon program: by cooking together, we learn about the positive aspects of healthy eating in a playful way and strengthen our core skills "on the side" by getting to know the needs of our body and immune system better and training social skills and stamina in a group. If the preparation of daily meals is "normal" and integrated into everyday (family) life from an early age, it is often possible to avoid expensive "preventative measures" in adulthood. Perhaps this joint cooking event will turn into a lasting experience that will be continued at home later on. Please always register as an adult-child duo.
