Coffee - The long way from the plant to the cup (with tasting)

Coffee, the most popular drink not only in Germany, has a long way to go before we can enjoy it. We want to follow it on its journey: Coffee varieties, growing regions and conditions, harvesting and processing, quality and trade, right through to roasting and the many different ways it can be prepared. The subsequent tasting of various coffees (not decaffeinated) is exciting and informative, allowing us to get to know their variety of flavors. A visit to the Freiburg Coffee Museum rounds off the course.
