ECM Festival 2024 o Dominic Miller Quartet

Dominic Miller was described by Peter Ruedi in Weltwoche as a "great, serene storyteller", and Vagabond, the guitarist's third recording for ECM, could prove to be his most poetic work to date. On the album, together with Ziv Ravitz on drums, his long-time accompanist Nicolas Fiszman on bass and pianist Jacob Karlzon, he creates textures of particular intensity. The quartet - each musician an accomplished bandleader in his own right - knows how to underpin deep grooves with subtle interplay and interweave nuanced melodic lines with delicate harmonies, drawing a creatively considered path through the program. A longtime creative accompanist to Sting, Dominic knows how to treat the song as his top priority.
