Ballhaus Freiburg (ballroom)
The ballroom in the heart of Freiburg is a stronghold of dance. Whether gala balls, dance courses or company celebrations - there is space for a wide variety of events on a total of 2500 m².
With a total area of around 2500 m², the Ballroom Freiburg offers the perfect setting for balls, dance classes, lectures, weddings, graduation parties and other events. Every year, around 250,000 visitors and guests flock to the event location, which is characterized in particular by its flexible room design. Eight halls, which are separated by folding walls, can be opened and closed as required to create areas of between 80 and 800 m². In summer, the large terrace is a popular place to enjoy a hot or cold drink from the spacious bar. The location is also equipped with the latest event technology. The Gutmann dance school regularly organizes its own gala balls and parties, such as the "Dance into May" and New Year's Eve party, on the premises of the ballroom, in addition to a wide range of dance courses. It is also possible for companies and private individuals to hire individual rooms for their own events. The ballroom is operated by Gutmann Events GmbH & Co KG.
