To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the air raid on Freiburg on November 27, 1944, the Freiburg Minster Building Society is showing photographs, some previously unpublished, from the society's collection as well as private photo albums and archives. Numerous contemporary witnesses responded to an appeal to share their memories of the night of the bombing. Some reports can be heard and seen in the exhibition. Moderated discussions with contemporary witnesses, film screenings, lectures and guided tours on site and at the cathedral complete the program.
