This varied hike in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Schönberg offers the perfect opportunity to take some time out. During the hike, there are impulses and small exercises (for those who wish) on resilience, especially on the topic of mindfulness, involving nature. Resilience - what is it? Who doesn't sometimes wish they were more resilient? Resilience is our inner strength and psychological resistance. Resilience enables us to successfully overcome crises and even the little things in everyday life that throw us off our mental balance, and even to grow as a result.

Target group: Anyone who would like to take a break in nature and engage in impulses and exercises on resilience.

Required: sturdy footwear. Backpack provisions and optional stop at the Cafe Vikrego at the Jesuit castle at the end.
