FRIZ Lounge & Concept Store: pop-up in Freiburg combines design, café and events

From 5 June to the end of August 2025, the FRIZ Concept Hotel team from Gundelfingen will be bringing its well-known blend of aesthetics, hospitality and design to Freiburg city center. The FRIZ Lounge & Concept Store - a pop-up store with a daytime café and special event formats - will open in Salzstraße for three months.

On around 50 square meters, visitors can experience a stylish combination of mid-century designer furniture, selected art objects and special home accessories. The space is also a daytime café - with coffee specialties from a restored FAEMA E61 espresso machine and fine pastries from the Dick bakery in Denzlingen.

A highlight of the pop-up is the new event format "Monday Mood: Culinary & Atmosphere" - a relaxed Monday evening with good food, selected wines and special encounters:
�� Monday, July 7 & Monday, July 21, 2025, both from 6 to 10 pm.
Together with Rebstock Denzlingen, Weingut Frey and Bäckerei Dick, all from Denzlingen, we are creating two culinary evenings with atmosphere.

"With our pop-up store, we want to show that good style, good food and hospitality go together wonderfully - without any rigid rules. We invite people to be inspired, enjoy themselves and feel good," says Ron van Es, host and co-founder of FRIZ.

In addition to the "Monday Mood" evenings, further events are planned, including after-work formats, small exhibitions and culinary collaborations.
