Le 14 juillet, ça se fête au CCFF! Celebrate France's famous national holiday with us - with pétanque and karaoke!

July 14 is one of the most important holidays in France and commemorates the storming of the Bastille in 1789 - a symbol of the beginning of the French Revolution.
Traditionally, this day is celebrated throughout the country with fireworks, festivities and the great military parade in Paris, which is even attended by the President. The Centre Culturel Français Fribourg would also like to celebrate this special occasion with you - and cordially invites you to a pétanque afternoon and a karaoke evening!

The pétanque round starts at 2 p.m. and is open until 4 p.m. The game will be played on Freiburg's second largest boules court at TSV Alemannia Freiburg-Zähringen.The course is located in Zähringen and is easy to reach by public transport (streetcar line 3) - there are also several free parking spaces available on site, for example at the tennis court.
You are welcome to bring your own boules set - the club also provides ball sets free of charge. Refreshing cold drinks of all kinds are provided: these can be purchased directly from the club. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxed, French afternoon with refreshments - whether beginner or advanced, everyone is welcome!

Afterwards, we cordially invite you to the CCFF after a short break: There it's "Karaoke Party" from 7 pm - sing your favorite French songs with us and celebrate together in a convivial atmosphere, just like they do in France on this special day. Cool drinks are also available for you here!
