Ice bathing in Freiburg

We are a great group of ice bathers who meet every Sunday at 10 a.m. (usually at the Dreisam) for ice bathing. We start in October. Everyone is welcome!

Bring a towel, a mat or something to sit on and warm clothes for afterwards. The event is completely free and we do an introduction to ice bathing with breathing beforehand.
