Experience the innovative concert project BILDER KLÄNGE GALAXIEN by MEHRKLANG, which combines visual masterpieces from the James Webb Telescope with innovative music.
In the magical atmosphere of the planetarium, the Open_Music Ensemble, supported by the Freiburg Experimental Studio of SWR, transforms space into a fascinating concert hall.
The journey begins at dusk, leads through the universe to distant galaxies and new nebulae and ends on our blue planet.
The musicians accompany the spectacular recordings from the telescope and improvise live.
A special highlight is Karlheinz Stockhausen's work "Gesang der Jünglinge im Feuerofen" with live electronics.
