Capturing encounters while traveling

There is often nothing better than meeting people while traveling. Sometimes a face shines brighter than any architectural masterpiece. This seminar is designed to help you fulfill your desire for expressive portraits and at the same time preserve the mutual joy of the encounter. What do I need to consider when setting up the picture and lighting? Which settings should I choose? How do I go from being genuinely interested in the other person to creating a portrait that does justice to the person and the encounter? In this seminar, award-winning photographer and author Priska Seisenbacher offers a look behind the scenes and reveals the multi-layered process leading up to the published image. Far removed from the possibilities in a studio, the focus is on practical solutions and the considered use of natural light while traveling. The workflow on location and post-production at home will be illustrated using various making-ofs.
