Winery Dilger
It was Andreas Dilger's fascination with the connection between rural viticulture and urban life that led him to found a winery "in the middle of the city" in 2001. Since then, he has been producing organic wines in the Wiehre district of Freiburg, within walking distance of the historic old town.

In order to avoid the use of pesticides, the Andreas Dilger vineyard grows fungus-resistant grape varieties. The previously little-known growths, such as Helios or Monarch, impress with their unique aromas: from fruity Riesling to floral Muscat.
In 2017, Georges Blanc (2016) received the EcoWinner award as one of the best German organic wines. Connoisseurs can taste lime, honeydew melon and nectarine when tasting the cuvée made from Johanniter, Souvignier Gris and Muscaris.
Let yourself be surprised by the aromas of these unknown grape varieties during a wine tasting!
