Venue

We are a non-profit association that emerged from the closure of the Institut Français Freiburg in 2002. The chairman is the cultural mayor of the city of Freiburg, Mr. Ulrich von Kirchbach. The deputy chairman is Dr. Dieter Roser, in parallel to his function as chairman of the Association of Friends and Sponsors of the Centre Culturel Français. The CCFF is managed by the Director, Ms. Florence Dancoisne.

A team of seven German and French-speaking employees - including a German-French cultural volunteer - and alternating interns from Germany and francophone countries work for the CCFF. Around twenty lecturers (native speakers) are responsible for teaching the French language.
