Yoga and relaxation as a way to access myself

Do you often feel that you can't really stand up for your needs? Perhaps you don't even know what your needs are? Do you find it difficult to say no and set boundaries, whether in your own relationship, in the family or at work? We have often lost touch with our needs and our own boundaries or have trained ourselves to do so.

What's more, each and every one of us slips into so many roles in everyday life: loving dad, worried daughter, stressed-out husband, ever-ready girlfriend... and all the other roles we ascribe to ourselves. But who am I beyond all these roles?

Eva Gauggel, a systemic counselor and certified yoga and breathing teacher, will use yoga, relaxation techniques and self-reflection exercises to shape the evenings. No previous experience is necessary, just a desire for movement and self-awareness in a group.

It is not group therapy and does not involve bending into complicated yoga poses.
You are welcome to come in comfortable clothing and, if possible, bring your own mat.
