Yang x Litha x Midsummer

The Great Yang reigns on the longest days of the year - the greatest energy, the brightest light, the most diverse vitality throughout the year. In our degrees, the Midsummer festival stands for this - and in earlier times the Celtic festival Litha. The powerful symbol of fire and the mindful walk through the richly growing nature is often used at this time to connect with the energy. A desire for vitality, the celebration of abundance: where do you feel this in your body, how do you connect with the world?

Connect with the rhythm of nature - in another outdoor seminar along the festivals of the annual cycle in Western European tradition (which are often also synchronized with Eastern readings). Deepen your aliveness with mindful touch, energizing movements and rituals of nature connection. We integrate massage, bodywork and nature mentoring/coaching, in a small group and close to the city in the forest.
