Workshop in the forest garden: soil structure and types of compost

In this workshop, we will explore the questions of why healthy soil is so important and how we can build and nourish it. We will learn about different types of compost and composting methods and shed light on the difference between compost and long-term humus build-up.

A forest garden for the forest house (WaldHaus)
A forest garden is being created near the forest house (WaldHaus). As part of the WaldKlimaRaum project project, it isplanned and designed according to permaculture principles and is also used by school classes, among others. By selecting certain trees, shrubs and plant species, a small experimental agroforestry system with a large variety of species is developing. Get to know the forest garden at workshops, activity days and other events.

Please remember to bring weather-appropriate clothing suitable for gardening, sun protection and food!
