Our wines - from classic to innovative

We produce white wines that are classically fermented from the must, with or without maceration.

From typical white wine grapes that are fermented on the skins in Kvevris, we create wines that give you complex and exciting new taste impressions.

Our Pinot Noir, which are fermented on the skins, are crushed and pressed by hand.

When we bottle the Pinot Noir for you without the use of wood, we create a light and fruity red wine that you will also enjoy opening in summer.

If we allow our Pinot Noir to mature in barriques, we aim to give the red wine more depth and roundness. The old barrique is more about roundness. In the newer barrique, we focus on depth and woody notes. This is the red wine for cooler days or special occasions.

We made our first Pétillant Naturel for you in 2023. It was an exciting process and we had a lot of fun disgorging the "young spritzer". The bottle now contains a wonderfully sparkling Chardonnay.
