Forest bathing - forest hike with all senses

On this Saturday, we will rediscover the forest with its healing power and learn interesting aspects worth knowing. During our hike (approx. 8 km with incline), we will pause again and again to do various mindfulness and awareness exercises, sometimes in silence. This allows us to experience and feel the forest and connect with the nature around us. This experience helps us to consciously distance ourselves from everyday life and promotes holistic health. - Please bring weather-appropriate clothing and a cushion to sit on.
