From Conflict to Understanding and Cooperation - Intensive Introduction to NVC
Monday, 12/06/2023 / Waldhof e.V. - Academy for Continuing Education
Our potential lies in the fact that we can determine how we think, speak and act. We can reshape our thought patterns, our linguistic expression and our ways of acting in such a way that our communication is satisfying. We benefit greatly from this, especially in a professional context. On the one hand, the GFK is a language concept which points out the stumbling blocks of language. On the other hand, it conveys an inner attitude that enables us to treat ourselves and other people with goodwill. With the help of Nonviolent Communication it is possible to:- develop an appreciative approach- transform disputes into constructive conversations- resolve conflicts at their root- find amicable solutions- build working relationships based on partnership- advocate powerfully for one's own concerns- improve the quality of interpersonal relationships from the ground up
