GfK in-depth seminar

Recognized as educational leaveIn order to fundamentally change our language and our behaviour with the help of non-violent communication, we need a deeper understanding of our previous language patterns and the possibilities that we are given through NVC. This intensive in-depth seminar teaches us in detail how to free ourselves from obstructive speaking habits and adopt new, constructive perspectives. The basics of non-violent communication are refreshed and consolidated, especially in a professional context. We will practise communicating respectfully and sincerely (in a professional context) and listening empathetically to others. Own conflicts are structured and solved using role play as an example. New ways of dealing with how we can avoid or overcome stumbling blocks in communication are demonstrated. Aspects of communication that we may not have been aware of until now are brought into focus. For example, how we deal with our own boundaries and the boundaries of others. Seminar content:- Deepening the four components of NVC- Uncovering obstructive language patterns- Dealing with your own anger in a self-empathic way- Dissolving blame and taking responsibility- Raising awareness of common, non-empathic ways of dealing with others- Dealing with a no- Dealing with interruption and being interrupted Please contact LIW*
