In this course, we will prepare baba ganoush (a smoked eggplant dip), a spread made from roasted peppers and cashew cream cheese as well as avocado with cashew curry yoghurt, cucumber raita, kimchi dip, red lentil hummus, fresh pita bread and a raw food chocolate mousse in a glass for dessert. The course is rounded off with lots of general information and tips, including how to serve the food beautifully. - Please bring your own: Apron, tea towel, sealable containers.
