Vegan gyozas with raw Thai salad and dessert

On this evening, we prepare Japanese dumplings "Gyozas" with an aromatic filling of white cabbage, spring onions, garlic and mushrooms. The gyozas are accompanied by a spicy-hot dip and a fruity raw Thai salad. For dessert, we will enjoy a light mango and coconut cream. - Please bring your own: Apron, tea towel, sealable containers.
