Primordial Sound Meditation - Primordial Sound Meditation

Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) has its roots in the Vedic tradition of India and uses individual mantras that are derived from the sound that was present at the time and place of birth; the mantra is like an anchor that leads the meditator back to the present moment, but also acts as a portal that leads back to the transition between non-manifest and manifest, which can be described as birth. Each participant's personal mantra is calculated on the basis of the vibration in the universe that prevailed at the time of their birth, at the moment of transition from consciousness to matter. PSM can be easily learned and practiced by anyone.
