In 2024, the Contact Point Women and Career Freiburg - Southern Upper Rhine will continue the series "Company Insights on Site".
The current program offers interested women a free look behind the scenes of four regional companies.
There, HR managers and employees provide information about jobs and entry paths, give insights into practice and are available for discussions.
Everyone involved benefits from the company insights program: HR managers from the companies become aware of the potential of women as skilled workers.
In this way, the women get to know companies that they may not have previously considered as potential employers.
The number of participants is limited.
Registration is possible up to three weeks before the event via www.freiburg.de/frauundberuf (under Events).
The current program flyer can also be downloaded there. A printed version is available from the Women and Work contact point and the Citizens' Advice Bureau (both at Rathausplatz 2-4).
On Tuesday, July 23, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., the tour will go to the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald District Office in Freiburg.
The tasks of the 2,000 employees are as varied as the landscapes in the district.
Interested parties can find out on site what is hidden under the roof of the district office: including the vehicle registration office, but also advice and contact points for very different groups of people, companies and schools.
Open positions and career opportunities will be presented and there will be valuable tips on how to apply.
