Theater Budenzauber - Get out of the house

Book tickets

Leaving the safety of your own home? Better to just watch for now. Cautiously, the two finally venture outside, out of the house. They take their first curious steps into the world. They meet a large cow and a small mouse, climb a mountain and discover that there is much, much more to discover out there. Then evening falls and they have to go back inside.
This small and yet very big story uses simple and poetic images to tell of the course of a single day, of going out and coming home again - in short: of life.
"Small episodes full of wit and recognition value and therefore a great experience for theater newcomers." Badische Zeitung

Director: Steffi Bürger
Play: Juliane Flurer and Michel Barop

The plays by Heidelberg author Ingeborg von Zadow have been a fixture in the German children's theater repertoire for 20 years and have won numerous awards. With many language games, amusing rhymes, great musicality, lots of loving wit and an alert, curious view of the world, she also succeeds in bringing a humor to the stage that knows no age limit.
