A battle for technological supremacy is raging between the world powers China and the USA. It's about artificial intelligence, superchips and computers, new medicines, self-driving cars and flights to the moon and Mars. But it is also about killer drones and combat robots. China has caught up enormously in many of these new technologies in recent years and is on a par with the USA, which is still the leader. Can Europe keep up in this duel or is it just a spectator?
