Dancing promotes health and strengthens our inner resilience. In this course, the lively and varied Bollywood music invites us to dance. In dance, we discover new possibilities for movement, our own forms of expression and inner resources. The course is aimed at women of all ages who enjoy the interplay of simple dance steps, beautiful hand gestures and dancing together. The additional date (make-up time from 16.6.) will take place on Sun, 23.6. from 11.00-12.30.
