Open workshop day

Do-it-yourself is the trend. And open workshops such as FREILab Freiburg, which opens its doors on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and invites you to an open workshop day, provide the space for tinkering, crafting and experimenting.

Interested parties can visit the premises throughout the day, take part in guided tours and watch demonstrations of laser cutters, 3D printers and CNC milling machines or explore rooms such as the wood and metal workshop, the textile area and the electrical laboratory. There is something interesting to discover for makers of all ages. And our members will be on hand to answer questions on all maker-related topics and will also be presenting some of their own projects.

To ensure that nobody goes hungry or thirsty with so much on offer, there will also be food from the barbecue and drinks.
