SWR Bestenliste - With Gerrit Bartels, Christoph Schröder, Shirin Sojitrawalla, moderated by Carsten Otte

Around 90,000 book titles are published in Germany every year, almost 250 titles a day. Every month, a jury of currently 30 renowned literary critics selects ten books for the "SWR Bestenliste", which they hope will attract as many readers as possible. While the usual bestseller lists rely on the well-known and established, the "SWR Bestenliste" is on the lookout for new discoveries, for unknown authors who do not immediately have the large advertising budget of a publishing house at their disposal, but who deserve attention. This guarantees something new, surprising and entertaining every month.

Gerrit Bartels from the Berliner Tagesspiegel and the freelance critics Shirin Sojitrawalla and Christoph Schröder will discuss the list for March. Moderation: Carsten Otte (SWR Kultur).
