We prepare everything step by step from the rice to the filling (with vegetables, eggs, raw and smoked fish, meat). We make various maki sushi, shape nigiri sushi and cook a miso soup. This is not difficult and is pleasing to the eye and palate. - Please bring your own: Apron, tea towel, sealable containers.

We are a great group of ice bathers who meet every Sunday at 10 a.m. (usually at the Dreisam) for ice bathing. We start in October. Everyone is welcome!
