Trace of the stonemasons

Three city tours, which were developed to mark the designation of the cathedral workshop as Intangible Cultural Heritage, lead to historically and currently relevant stations in the operation of Freiburg's Münsterbauhütte (cathedral workshop) and the cathedral. On the stonemasons' trail tour of the city, you will follow in the footsteps of the legendary master builder Hans Niesenberger, who not only made a name for himself with his rescue work on the choir, but also went down in history with his numerous appearances in court. Anne-Christine Brehm, master builder of the cathedral, will lead the tour.
