Symphony concert

In its end-of-semester concert in summer semester 2024, the Freiburg Symphony Student Orchestra will embark on a musical journey of discovery with a program of exclusively female composers. Together with pianist Alexander Geladze, works by Fanny Hensel (Ouverture in C major) and Clara Schumann (Piano Concerto in A minor op. 7) as well as the German premiere of the new edition of the 2nd Symphony in A minor by Swedish composer Elfrida Andree will be performed under the proven direction of Carsten Schulz.
