Short Story Lunch Club

Book tickets

Escape the dullness of the last winter days by joining our weekly Book Club with stories that take less than an hour to read. We'll have lunch with writers like Ernest Hemingway, Toni Morrison and Lorrie Moore.

Our Lunch Club is hosted by Marie Malcovati who studied Drama at Manchester University (UK) and Screenwriting at the Filmakademie Baden- Württemberg. She lives near Freiburg where she works as a writer - one who loves the short story format.

This is a brown bag luncheon event which means you can bring your own food and eat during the session. Drinks and copies of the stories we will be discussing will be supplied and are included in the fee. It is advisable to read the stories before the sessions. Please sign up for this event and to receive the titles of the stories. This format will take place every thrid Friday of the month.
