Everyone has his songs in their ears: 'Since You Been Gone' (Rainbow), 'God Gave Rock'n'Roll To You' (Argent and Kiss), 'So Yo Win Again' (Hot Chocolate), 'New York Groove' (Hello and Ace Frehley), 'You Can Do Magic' (America), 'Winning' (Santana) or 'I Don't Believe In Miracles' (Colin Blunstone) are just some of the hits from RUSS BALLARD's pen.

He first became known as a singer and guitarist with 'The Roulettes', Adam Faith's band in the 60s. After a stopover with 'Unit 4+2', he became lead singer with 'Argent' in the early 70s. In 1974 he started his solo career with the release of his first album, simply titled 'Russ Ballard'.

Since then, RUSS BALLARD has released 10 studio albums and is still writing and producing hits. 3 songs from his albums released in 1984 and 1985 were used in the world famous TV series 'Miami Vice' and were played up and down in European clubs at the time. You could hear ...Voices almost everywhere!

After it took a full 14 years for 'It's Good To Be Here', the follow-up to the very personal album 'Book Of Love', to be released, RUSS BALLARD has since played 3 tours in just 4 years and also recorded his new masterpiece 'Songs From The Warehouse', which will be released in 2025 together with the best-of album 'The Hits - Rewired'.
