Gaining calm and motivation - with The Work / IBSR and Positive Neuroplasticity

In our hectic and complex world, it is often not easy to find inner peace and deal with stress-inducing thoughts. However, the ability to cultivate calmness is invaluable for a fulfilled life and our health. During this weekend, we will discover ways and methods to support ourselves on this path in the best possible way. We will work on three levels: 1. cognition and awareness: We learn to better understand the connections between stress, thoughts and emotions.2. Practical tools for coping with stress: We apply effective techniques and exercises that can help us find greater clarity and a broader perspective in everyday life.3. Motivation and energy: We feel what is good for us and how we can deal with blockages and fears. We combine various methods and techniques, primarily from Positive Neuroplasticity according to Dr. Rick Hanson and The Work / IBSR according to Byron Katie. These approaches enable us to question our thought patterns and strengthen new neural connections based on positive experiences. Used regularly, both methods can help us to become more compassionate towards ourselves and more resilient to stress and external challenges. 5 euros for materials will be charged directly to the course leader on site.

Course leader: Megahed, Sandra. The course instructor is a coach for resilient mindset, coach for The Work / IBSR, teacher for positive neuroplasticity. She advises and trains companies, groups and private individuals on the topics of stress management, serenity and resilience. More at www.changeyourbrain.de
