Riso Club: Christmas edition - Open printing workshop

We celebrate the magic of the archaic printing press: the rattling sound, the handmade aesthetics, the mysterious errors in the printed image. Anyone with itchy fingers is welcome, because the Riso Club at the Literaturhaus is ruled by the soft door. A studio for encounters between generations, languages and experiences around the Japanese high-speed printing machine called Risograph.

The stencil printing process works like screen printing - only mechanically and therefore as simple and fast as a photocopier. Posters, postcards and magazines in formats up to DIN A3, weight class 90 to 240 g/m² are produced according to the customer's own ideas and designs. Currently available in green, pink and purple, environmentally friendly, soy-based and biodegradable. Experienced designers provide support in creating templates and printing.
