Picasso for breakfast: drawing and painting inspired by the pioneer of modernism

The most renowned and controversial Spanish artist left us 50 years ago. In this 4-week workshop, we will playfully explore different selected aspects of his work through painting and crafting: Cubist portraits and objects, mythology, collages. We will use the craziest materials we find at home! Brushes, acrylic and gouache paints are available in the studio and are included in the course fee. Beginners are welcome! - Please bring: Apron or painting shirt, (mixed media) pad in A4 to A3, pencil, eraser, fineliner and a snack for "breakfast" (hot drinks can be purchased individually next door at Café Herrmann).
