MUNDOLOGIA: Search for Utopia - Out there

Book tickets

What does a better world look like? This question and the search for answers is the motivation for a unique, four-year journey: Sisters Julia and Lisa Hermes hitchhike south from Germany, hitchhike across the Atlantic Ocean, briefly become millionaires in Venezuela, immerse themselves in the world of the Amazon with their wooden canoe, hitchhike to the end of the world in Tierra del Fuego, make their way back north on foot through the Patagonian wilderness and build bicycles from old spare parts with which they cycle all the way to Mexico. The two sisters talk about their bizarre and moving encounters, the beauty and roughness of the world and report on what they have seen along the way: A better world can have many shapes and colors and be a conglomeration of many ideas.
