MUNDOLOGIA: The hottest gap in your CV

Book tickets

6 years of backpacking around the world

Like a gummy bear on ecstasy, Nick Martin talks about a crazy trip that would change his life forever: At the age of 24, Nick Martin bought a one-way ticket to Mexico. The plan was to travel the world for a year, but in the end it turned into six years. He traveled to almost 60 countries on 5 continents, was shot at, robbed, arrested, sailed through a hurricane in the Pacific, worked as a smuggler and earned a few dollars as a stripper in Las Vegas. It's the hottest gap in his résumé. Nick Martin's show is the antithesis of the classic slide show - if you're expecting pretty pictures of flowers and sunsets, you've come to the wrong place. Instead, there is a motivating kick in the butt for those who want to go on a big trip themselves and realize their dreams. Travel comedy at its best!
