Motorpsycho - the comeback tour

Motorpsycho was founded in 1989 as a psychedelic rock band in Trondheim. Their debut album "Lobotomizer" was released in 1991, followed by around 25 albums. Bassist Bent Sæther says that the band plays hard rock with a psychedelic twist, but also sometimes jazz and a bit of folk, and they don't really want to rule out country either. Actually, they are a hard rock band, but not a classic one, they are committed to the sound of the late 1960s and early 1970s. The Norwegians' oeuvre in particular shows that labels restrict music rather than help it: "We don't care about musical styles!" In 2024, Motorpsycho defines itself as a duo around the two founding members Hans Magnus "Snah" Ryan and Bent Sæther. We can only speculate as to who will be accompanying these two veterans on tour in spring 2025 and what is behind the mysterious tour motto "The Comeback Tour". What is clear, however, is that even after 25 years we can look forward to an extremely enthusiastic band and a concert that will go beyond the usual concert framework in terms of both intensity and length!
