Yoga for energy and satisfaction

This weekend of hatha and yin yoga gives you the opportunity to get to know yourself a little better - both physically and mentally. Physically, we stretch and strengthen ourselves - this gives us a sense of well-being and self-awareness and helps us to walk through life more upright. We focus our attention on feeling the body and breathing in order to switch off the mental cinema again and again and enjoy the resulting stillness within us. Precise physical alignment helps us to practise efficiently, strengthen our joints and target the right muscles. Each yoga session ends with relaxation, in which the body digests and learns from what has been done.
