The centuries-old Brother Albertus, who as a passionate beer drinker has experienced many (Freiburg) stories over the centuries, dares to experiment together with the brewmaster of GANTER: They use the mystical powers of the moon and produce a very special beer!
Follow Brother Albertus on winding paths through the neighborhood, once a mysterious floodplain outside the city gates, to the legendary Kesselbar.
The wise time traveler knows a lot about history, including why the delicious barley juice can even be enjoyed during Lent with the permission of the Pope. Then meet the master brewer on the premises of the GANTER brewery, who will brew the "Magisch Dunkel" together with you exclusively - and after all the "work" we will spoil you in the historic boiler house with a culinary finale and - of course - the legendary full moon beer!
