Reading and short guided tour: Ascher's unpainted pictures

The event at the Haus der Graphischen Sammlung focuses on the impressive and emotional poems by Fritz Ascher: the artist wrote them during his persecution under National Socialism - today they are considered his "unpainted pictures" and currently complement the exhibition "Love and Betrayal". At the reading, actor Helmut Stanke will read a selection. Art historian Ruth Hötzel-Dickel will make the connection to Ascher's prints on display. Afterwards, those interested will have the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition. Participation is limited and costs 5 euros plus admission. Tickets are available in the online store.
